    WING HEAD: COMMISSIONER (SPR)

    1. DIVISIONAL HEAD: SR. JOINT COMMISSIONER (SPR-I)

      1. Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) – Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme (PMKSY-AIBP) for major and medium irrigation/ multipurpose projects for the States of North East, Assam, Bihar, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu States and any other State except those mentioned against SPR-II.
      2. Funding of command area development and water management component of 99 prioritized projects belonging to the above States.
      3. Issues related to Polavaram irrigation (National) project, including those of Polavaram Project Authority.
      4. Technical examination of externally aided projects.
      5. Parliament related works for the above activities.

    1. DIVISIONAL HEAD: SR. JOINT COMMISSIONER (SPR-II)
      PROJECTS SECTION:

      1. PMKSY-AIBP for the states Chhattisgarh, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Gujarat.
      2. Funding of command area development and water management component of 99 prioritized projects belonging to the above States.
      3. Investment clearance of irrigation, multipurpose and flood control projects.
      4. National projects (other than Polavaram & Interlinking of Rivers (ILR) projects).
      5. Issues related to Parliamentary Standing Committee on Water Resources.
      6. All issues pertaining to special projects, including Special package for irrigation projects to address agrarian distress in Vidharbha and Marathwada and other chronically drought prone areas in rest of Maharashtra; Relining of Rajasthan Feeder and Sirhind Feeder project; Shahpur Kandi project; North Koel project; Upper Siang project, etc.
      7. Parliament related works for the above activities.
      8. Works related to the status of projects included under the National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP).
      9. Audit and guidelines of PMKSY-AIBP & National projects and updating of the data/information on various portals.
      10. Preparation of PIB/ EFC/ Cabinet Note related to the above schemes.
      11. Matters related to Audits with respect to above schemes.
      12. Maintaining records and data of ongoing schemes under PMKSY-AIBP and the various special projects.

    1. DIVISIONAL HEAD: SENIOR JOINT COMMISSIONER (MINOR IRRIGATION)

      SURFACE MINOR IRRIGATION (SMI) AND REPAIR, RENOVATION & RESTORATION OF WATER BODIES (RRR OF WATER BODIES) COMPONENTS UNDER PRADHAN MANTRI KRISHI SINCHAYEE YOJANA – HAR KHET K KO PANI (PMKSY-HKKP)

      1. Activities related to inclusion under SMI and RRR of Water Bodies components of PMKSY-HKKP.
      2. Release of central assistance to States and Union Territories for SMI and RRR of Water Bodies components of PMKSY-HKKP.
      3. All other activities pertaining to the above components of PMKSY-HKKP.
      4. Parliament related works for the above activities.
      5. Matters related to Audits with respect to above schemes.
      6. Maintaining records and data of ongoing schemes under PMKSY-HKKP- SMI as well as RRR of Water Bodies.
      7. Preparation of PIB/ EFC/ Cabinet Note related to the above schemes
